Propane Programs

Keep Full Program

With our Keep Full Program, we install a tank monitor to remotely check and refill your tank as needed, ensuring you never run out of propane.

  • Remote tank monitoring
  • Automatic refills
  • No charge for leak tests or same-day delivery if you run out
  • Summer Fill included unless opted out

Will Call Program

In the Will Call Program, you monitor your tank and notify us when it’s below 30%. We offer a leased tank monitor for convenient tracking.

  • Customer monitors tank levels
  • Notify us when below 30%
  • Optional leased tank monitor with app access
  • Fees for leak tests and same-day delivery if you run out

Prepay Program

The Prepay Program lets you lock in a fixed price for propane, protecting you from market fluctuations with a minimum purchase of 400 gallons.

  • Fixed prepay price
  • Minimum purchase of 400 gallons
  • Usage period: October 1 – March 31
  • Unused prepay dollars credited after April 1

Consumption Billing Program

We install a meter on your home and bill you monthly for the gallons used that month plus a $5 equipment fee.

  • We will monitor your tank and automatically fill it
  • No charge for leak test or same-day delivery if you run out
  • No unexpected delivery to pay for, only the gallons your use
  • Payment is withdrawn from your account at the same time each month

Safety is the most important factor when you use propane. High Plains Cooperative is committed to continuous communication with
you by highlighting our safety policies and procedures.

Let us help you with inspections

Trained propane safety technicians

Prevent leaks and malfunction by getting your propane gas system inspected. The National Propane Gas Association recommends you have your system inspected every 5 years during the summer.

Our trained techs will complete an inspection for a low fee plus any additional parts and labor needed.

Save on inspection with our program

Did you run out of propane? Get your tank fully inspected by our trained pros to avoid any danger you may encounter. We are required to re-light your pilot lights in your home to ensure your propane gas system is working. Someone must be home when we do the work, otherwise we can’t complete inspection.

Avoid getting charged a fee for inspection and additional costs for any needed labor or parts by enrolling in our Keep-Full program.
